Hello my friends!
Before I give you this recipe I just want to tell you that it is absolutely amazing! I tried it and even though this thing is shockingly low on carbs, it still tastes like the real deal, normally the Keto diet is quite surprising but I find that it keeps on surprising me everyday. Now I have to break it to everyone that this recipe requires 1 special ingredient, which is Natvia’s Salted Caramel Topping, which you will find available at your local Woolworths. I assure you that a serve of this contains less than 1 gram of sugar! You really need a bottle of this stuff in your cupboard 24/7, its absolutely life-changing.
This stuff is a dream so enjoy!
Cooking Utensils
- Hand Blender with blending container
- A cup- for drinking out of
- A small cup- for dissolving your sugar substitute
