This Camembert and garlic dip is super easy to make and tastes absolutely amazing. This recipe is a family favourite and we will often have it as a an entree when having a family dinner.

Ingredients:
- 1 whole Camembert
- 4 garlic cloves
- ½ cup red wine
- 1 packet mini toasties
Utensils:
- Ceramic dish, that can go in the oven
- Chef’s knife
Method:
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius
- Cut the Camembert into quarters and stab holes in it
- Peel and slice the garlic cloves into small pieces
- Poke the sliced garlic pieces into the wholes in the Camembert
- Place the Camembert in the ceramic dish and pour the red wine onto the Camembert making sure you spread it evenly so the whole top is coated.
