And thank you to anyone who has subscribed so far. This recipe is great for when you need a quick and easy salad for parties or when you have a large number of guests over. Ingredients:
- Caesar dressing
- 1 baby cos lettuce
- 6 Eggs, boiled
- Bacon bits
- Parmesan cheese
Utensils:
- Saucepan
- Wooden spoon
- Frying pan
Method:
- Fill large saucepan with water and place on the stove, which should be on high heat.
- Wait for the water to boil and add eggs to saucepan once it begins to bubble.
- For hard boiled eggs leave in saucepan for 10 mins, for soft eggs leave in saucepan for 3-5 mins. Set eggs aside to cool
- Pull off cos leaves and put on a large plate or tray, arrange so that they cover the entire space
- Put a frying pan on the stove and heat on medium, add bacon bits to the frying pan and cook until golden
- Tip bacon bits over the cos leaves
- Peel the shells off the eggs and slice in thirds
- Add the sliced eggs to the Caesar salad
- Drizzle Caesar dressing over the rest of the salad and add Parmesan cheese on top
