This recipe is super great for lunches and last for ages. And plus what can go wrong when you cross a chocolate chip cookie and slice!

Utensils:
- Measuring cups
- Measuring spoons
- Spatula
- Medium bowl
- Mix master, or electric beater and beaters
- 20 x 30 cm slice tray
- Baking paper
- Glass cup, round
Ingredients:
- 125g butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 250g pkt choc bits (Cadbury)
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line slice tray.
- Using the mix master beat butter, brown sugar and caster sugar in a large bowl, beating until light and creamy. Add eggs and beat until combined.
- Add flour to butter mixture and beat on low speed until just combined.
- Fold in choc bits, until evenly combined.
- Spoon mixture into tray and spread evenly using the cup to smooth out mixture. Bake in oven for 30 mins or until golden and crunchy.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool before cutting into even pieces.
Tip:
Use a smooth glass cup to evenly spread base in tray
