Hello Everyone,
This would have to be one of my personal favourite foods and they are super simple and take like less than 20 minutes to make and cook so they make for a great afternoon snack, no matter how hungry you are!
Enjoy!
Utensils:
- Tablespoon
- Chefs knife
- Baking tray
- Baking paper
Ingredients:
- 250g diced bacon
- 2 tblsp. tomato sauce
- 2 tblsp. BBQ sauce
- 1 small onion
- 2 sheets puff pastry
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius, and cover tray with baking paper
- Spread half of the sauce, onion and bacon across the puff pastry
- Roll puff pastry into a long cylinder then slice into small circles
- Put the pinwheels on the prepared tray and cook for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Repeat steps 2-4 with the remaining ingredients.
Note:
If you would like to add an extra bit of oomph to your already delicious pinwheels, trying substituting the tomato and BBQ sauce for sweet chili instead.
