Base:

- Microwave proof jug
- Round cup
Ingredients
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- ½ cup castor sugar
- 125g melted butter
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line slice tray.
- Combine flour, coconut, sugar, butter and vanilla in a bowl and mix well.
- Press mixture into prepared pan and smooth evenly with cup.
- Bake for 15 mins or until golden brown.
Topping
Utensils:
- Plastic jug
- Measuring cups
- Spatula
- Serrated knife
- Spoon
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 395g can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large passionfruit
Method:
- Remove slice base from oven and set aside to cool completely. Reduce the oven heat to 140 degrees Celsius.
- Place all ingredients in a jug and combine well. Pour mixture onto base and spread evenly.
- Cook for a further 10 mins or until condensed milk layer is set.
