Caramel Fudge

Hello Everyone,

This super simple fudge is absolutely delish and only takes approximately 10 mins to make! Try it out yourself.

Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups caster sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tblsp butter
  • 1 tblsp golden syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Utensils:

  • Slice tray
  • Baking paper
  • Saucepan
  • Wooden spoon
  • Whisk (you can use a fork if you don’t have one)

Method:

  1. Line slice tray and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan boil sugar, butter, milk, golden syrup and salt for 6 minutes.
  3. Remove mixture from heat and add vanilla.
  4. Beat with whisk until thick and pour into lined slice tray.
  5. Set in the fridge for about an hour.
  6. Remove from fridge and cut into squares.
