This would have to my all-time favourite dessert. It is absolutely delicious and is super quick and easy.

Utensils:
- Baking tray
- Baking paper
Ingredients:
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- ¾ cup maple syrup
- 3-5 large pears
Method:
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees Celsius and line baking tray.
- Slice pears into thin strips and remove the seeds
- Lay down one sheet of puff pastry and place pears until all the puff pastry is covered.
- Pour syrup over the pears and puff pastry. Put the second sheet of puff pastry on top if the pears.
- Place in oven and cook for 20 mins or until puffed and golden.
