Pear Puff Pastry

Hello Everyone,

This would have to my all-time favourite dessert. It is absolutely delicious and is super quick and easy.

Enjoy!

Utensils:

  • Baking tray
  • Baking paper

Ingredients:

  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • ¾ cup maple syrup
  • 3-5 large pears

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees Celsius and line baking tray.
  2. Slice pears into thin strips and remove the seeds
  3. Lay down one sheet of puff pastry and place pears until all the puff pastry is covered.
  4. Pour syrup over the pears and puff pastry. Put the second sheet of puff pastry on top if the pears.
  5. Place in oven and cook for 20 mins or until puffed and golden.
