This is a super yummy dinner option that your family will love.

Utensils:
- Large frying pan
- Canola spray
- Baking tray
- Baking paper
- Measuring cups
- Measuring spoons
- Spoon
- Grater
- Scissors
Ingredients:
- 1 tblsp. plain flour
- ¾ cup milk
- 3 chicken breasts
- Grated cheese
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 shallots
- 6-10 Mushrooms
- 8 Enchilada wraps (you can use normal wraps if you want)
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees, line tray with making paper and spray the frying pan with canola spray.
- Fry chicken and onion on low heat until golden in colour. Cut the shallots.
- Add flour to the chicken and onion and stir to combine.
- Pour milk over the chicken mixture and mix thoroughly until combined. Add half of the shallots and stir.
- Allow to simmer for 10 mins. Lay out the wraps.
- Add a large spoonful of the chicken mixture into each of the wraps.
- Sprinkle cheese over the chicken mixture and roll the wraps.
- Sprinkle cheese and remaining shallots over the wrap and place on the tray.
Cook for 15-20 mins.
