Homemade Loaded Potato Wedges

Hello All,

These wedges are super yummy. And they are definitely 100% better than the ones you can buy. Don’t be afraid to use salt because it makes them taste so much better!

Enjoy!

Utensils:

  • Chopping board
  • Chef’s knife
  • Grater
  • Baking tray
  • Baking paper

Ingredients:

  • 6 potatoes
  • 2 shallots
  • Cheese
  • 250g bacon bits
  • Sour cream
  • Sweet chilli sauce
  • Tin pineapple

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray.
  2. Wash off the potatoes and chop up roughly into approximately 2x2cm2 pieces. Place potato pieces on the tray and put in the oven.
  3. Bake for about one hour or until golden and crunchy. Leave the potatoes in the hot oven.
  4. Fry off the bacon until it starts to get a bit if colour. Place the pineapple in the frying pan and brown off.
  5. Grate some cheese and cut up your shallots.
  6. Place the potatoes on a plate and dress with cheese, sour cream, pineapple, sweet chilli, bacon bits and shallots.
  7. Serve while hot.
