These wedges are super yummy. And they are definitely 100% better than the ones you can buy. Don’t be afraid to use salt because it makes them taste so much better!

Utensils:
- Chopping board
- Chef’s knife
- Grater
- Baking tray
- Baking paper
Ingredients:
- 6 potatoes
- 2 shallots
- Cheese
- 250g bacon bits
- Sour cream
- Sweet chilli sauce
- Tin pineapple
Method:
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray.
- Wash off the potatoes and chop up roughly into approximately 2x2cm2 pieces. Place potato pieces on the tray and put in the oven.
- Bake for about one hour or until golden and crunchy. Leave the potatoes in the hot oven.
- Fry off the bacon until it starts to get a bit if colour. Place the pineapple in the frying pan and brown off.
- Grate some cheese and cut up your shallots.
- Place the potatoes on a plate and dress with cheese, sour cream, pineapple, sweet chilli, bacon bits and shallots.
- Serve while hot.
