This recipe is great for a quick and easy dinner option.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups rice
- 2 tblsps. Soy sauce
- ½ cup corn
- ½ cup peas
- ½ capsicum
- 2 large carrots
- 1 large red onion
- 1 large brown onion
- 250g bacon bits
Utensils:
- Wok (if you don’t have one you can use a large saucepan)
- Measuring cups
- Measuring spoons
- Chefs knife
- Cutting board
- Large saucepan (This is for the rice so if you have a rice cooker you can use that instead)
Method:
- Measure corn and peas. Dice carrots, onions and capsicum. Brown off all vegetables in the wok.
- Cook the rice in your saucepan (or rice cooker).
- Put the rice and soy sauce into the wok with the vegetables. Combine well.
