Fried Rice

Hello Again,

This recipe is great for a quick and easy dinner option.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rice
  • 2 tblsps. Soy sauce
  • ½ cup corn
  • ½ cup peas
  • ½ capsicum
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 large red onion
  • 1 large brown onion
  • 250g bacon bits

Utensils:

  • Wok (if you don’t have one you can use a large saucepan)
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons
  • Chefs knife
  • Cutting board
  • Large saucepan (This is for the rice so if you have a rice cooker you can use that instead)

Method:

  1. Measure corn and peas. Dice carrots, onions and capsicum. Brown off all vegetables in the wok.
  2. Cook the rice in your saucepan (or rice cooker).
  3. Put the rice and soy sauce into the wok with the vegetables. Combine well.
