This mouth-watering pasta is delicious. It is a great dinner or lunch option and heats up well if you have leftovers.

Utensils:
- Large saucepan
- Frying pan
- Chefs knife
- Cup measures
Ingredients:
- 375g Fettuccini pasta
- 6 short cut bacon rashers
- 300 mL pouring cream
- 3 garlic cloves
- Large brown onion
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 270g sundried tomatoes
- 60g spinach leaves (1 pkt)
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 small capsicums
- 1 ½ tsps. Paprika
- ¼ cup pine nuts
- 1 tblsp. basil paste
- 1 tblsp. butter
Method:
- Dice onion and garlic. Cut up bacon, capsicums and cherry tomatoes.
- Add onion garlic and butter to the frying pan and cook on medium heat. Once brown add the bacon.
- Cook the pasta in a large saucepan on high for 8-10 mins.
- Add the capsicum, tomatoes, pine nuts and basil to the bacon mixture and fry off.
- Add cream, paprika and sundried tomatoes to the frying pan. Once the pasta is cooked strain and add it to the frying pan. Allow to simmer.
