Ingredients:
- 150g choc-coated honeycomb
- 200g milk arrowroots biscuits
- 100g unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 200g milk chocolate chopped
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
Utensils:
- Chef’s knife
- Cutting board
- Saucepan
- Large bowl
- Scales
- Measuring spoons
- Measuring cups
- Slice tray
- Baking paper
Method:
- Place butter and condensed milk into a small saucepan and melt over low heat.
- Roughly chop up honeycomb and biscuits. Add to biscuits and honeycomb into a bowl and mix well. Pour the condensed milk over the biscuit mixture and combine well.
- Press firmly into a greased slice pan and refrigerate until set.
- Melt chocolate and oil in small bowl over boiling water. Pour over base and refrigerate until firm.
