Soup is a great way to start a meal especially as it is getting colder. This recipe is the first of our monthly special. To check out any of out previous specials go to the Archive.

Utensils:
- Large Saucepan
- Chef knife
- Cutting board
- Hand Blender
- Wooden spoon
- Vegetable peeler
Ingredients:
- 1 popper of vegetable stock
- 1 pumpkin
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 large onions
- 200mL cream
Method:
- Peel the pumpkin and dice, onion and potatoes.
- Add pumpkin, potatoes, onion, a stock to a large saucepan and cook on high until the vegetables are soft to touch.
- Using the hand blender blitz the vegetables until they form a paste like mixture. Mix through the cream.
- Serve while hot.
