Welcome to our third installment of our soup edition. This super yummy soup is super easy and quick.

Utensils:
- Cutting board
- Chef’s knife
- Measuring spoons
- Measuring cups
- Stick blender
Ingredients:
- 1 tblsp olive oil
- 250g short cut bacon
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 large brown onion
- 1 cauliflower
- 2 potatoes
- ½ cup thickened cream
- 1 popper of vegetable stock
- Pepper
Method:
- Dice onion, slice bacon, Potatoes and Cauliflower and Crush the garlic.
- Brown off onion, garlic and Bacon with the olive oil in a large saucepan. String often.
- Add cauliflower, potato and stock and bring to the boil on medium to high heat.
- Add pepper and reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally for about 20mins or until the vegetables soften.
- Blitz with stick blender until smooth then stir through the cream.
